We ordered course menu, JPY 5500 per person, 2 people total was JPY 11000, we got discount from Ikyu JPY 400. They should charge total JPY 10600, but we paid JPY 11000. We didn’t have JPY 400 discount and we couldn’t get back the point also. We are unhappy with it and will not go back again.
