We are Italians, the third time in Japan and the second time in Kanazawa. I have visited more than 10 omakase course restaurants around Japan, and this is one of the best restaurants. The food was delicious, the ingredients were excellent, and the chef was very kind. I was really happy to be here. I will definitely come again.
