The eight course appetizers use the freshest ingredients in season and the more sophisticated gourmand would approve. The sashimi was fine. The highlight was the wagyu beef sukiyaki - cocked by the staff to perfection and served with stewed onions and tomatoes, which tasted amazing. The accompanying rice was top notch.
