母の日に家族で訪れました。母の日だからでしょうか、最初の一皿にお花の飾りつけをして下さっていて気配りを感じました。店長さんのお話はとても楽しく、又、食材の説明もとても丁寧にして下さいました。お肉はどれもとても美味しかったです。今回ユッケや卵かけ御飯に使われていた白いトリュフからは、素晴らしくよい香りがしてとても贅沢な気分になりました。又、訪れたいお店です。

料理の量が少ないと思ったらホルモン盛り合わせが来てませんでした。。

Unforgettable Beef Tongue Chateaubriand and Authentic Japanese Hospitality. The Beef Tongue Chateaubriand was the most impressive dish I have ever tasted. It was perfectly tender yet crisp. Sitting at the counter, I was mesmerized watching the chef prepare the meat. I was shocked to see him trim and discard the edges of even the premium cuts just to ensure the absolute best texture for us. This dedication to quality is truly world class. The beautiful porcelain tableware also added an artistic touch that elevated the entire dining experience. The hospitality was impeccable. The chef was very friendly and humorously used his own body to explain the beef cuts to us. He not only grilled for us but also personally saw us off at the door with a sincere thank you. I felt deeply respected and truly experienced the essence of authentic Japanese culture. My only regret was not pairing this exquisite meal with alcohol. If I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely pair the beef with alcohol.

めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！ いいお肉のいいところだけを丁寧にカットして、綺麗に焼いてくださり、本当に美味しいお肉を頂けました。お肉だけではなく、タレもおいしかったです 落ち着いた雰囲気のお店で、接客も申し分ないです！また伺いたいです。ありがとうございました。
